Discover Trethera’s breakthrough therapy TRE-515 for autoimmune, oncology, and neuroinflammatory diseases. Learn about our science-driven innovation.
Many patients with cancer and autoimmune diseases face limited treatment options with severe side effects.
Trethera is developing TRE-515, a first-in-class dCK inhibitor pill designed to target these diseases at their root more safely and effectively.
TRE-515 is the only drug with FDA Orphan Drug status in pediatric ADEM, was discovered by UCLA scientists, received a $2M NIH SBIR grant, and its Phase 1a trial showed no dose-limiting toxicities up to 320mg with favorable pharmacokinetics.
Trethera is a UCLA spinout founded by UCLA scientists, built on an exclusive license to a cancer/autoimmune drug patent (dCK inhibitor TRE-515) invented by UCLA professor Dr. Peter M. Clark.
