Real-time industrial intelligence The data engine for Industry 5.0
Industry 4.0 systems produce raw telemetry streams, but that data isn't turned into decision-ready operational state fast enough for agents, alerts, and dashboards to act on before a process finishes running, letting drift go undetected until it becomes failure or downtime.
DADOS (via its Flow and Lightning+ products) ingests live MQTT/Sparkplug B telemetry from industrial control systems and maintains it as continuously updated, queryable in-memory state so downstream tools always have current operational data.
It connects as a read-only subscription that never writes to control systems (zero operational risk), uses Apache Arrow for state storage, and claims sub-10ms end-to-end decision latency (3.8ms P99.99 ingest, 5.3ms P99.99 query, 1.6 billion metrics processed per 30 minutes), built by a team with prior experience in high-performance real-time industrial data systems.
DADOS Technology was founded by Ken Gardner, a self-described seven-time startup founder, in Newport Beach in 2022.
